Investing with us to buy below market value, renovate the property to a high specification to increase the return and then refinance. The investor gets their money back when the house is complete along with the interest, there is no waiting for the house to sell as we get tenants’ in and refinance as soon as the project is complete.

We require a minimum of £5,000 investment. Six, Nine, Twelve Months terms available. Legal contracts will be issued for you to send to your solicitor, this can be a cost we may take on board depending on terms and investment.
